What we’ve built
What we have built, and what we are building.
Three different things, kept apart, because they are not the same claim.
Ours
We built these, we own them, and we run them.
Software
Scarab OS
Shop-management software for independent auto, body and heavy-duty shops. Work orders, estimates, inspections, parts, payments and customer messaging — with a repair record that can be checked afterwards rather than taken on trust.
scarab-os.tech →Software
CarKnown
A vehicle’s service history, looked up by VIN and verifiable by anyone. Each record is marked by how well it is established instead of being presented as flat fact.

BMCO Motors
An independent repair shop in Spring, Texas. The place the software was proven on real work before it was sold to anyone else.
bmcomotors.com →Operating business
OntoLogic Controls
Industrial controls engineering, with an NDA-gated intake and a production board clients follow their own work through.
ontologiccontrols.com →Built for a customer
We built the work. The customer owns the result.
Website
A production site for a precision CNC machine shop
A production site for a precision CNC machine shop in Texas — machines, capabilities, case studies, an NDA-gated drawing intake and a quote request. Built by us; the site belongs to the customer.
In progress
Live projects. Enough to say what they are and what problem they are pointed at — not the design itself.
Go-to-market
Go-to-market — a manufacturing operating layer
A shop-floor operating layer built by a machine shop for its own use, now in beta and working. It is not our product. We do the go-to-market work: positioning, the buyer case, and the claims review that keeps what is said about it inside what it actually does.
Long-term research
Decent
A long-running project on a hard question: how a piece of shared infrastructure could be community-owned without the ownership becoming a thing people trade. The work so far is on allocation under scarcity, on how authority is recorded so it can be checked later, and on what has to be true before any of it is built. We are not publishing the design.
